Fake banknotes found in Košice region

FORGED banknotes, mainly for Sk1,000, appeared in the Košice region during the last week of January.

Police have sent all the forgeries found to date to the National Bank’s laboratory in Bratislava for forensic examination, police spokeswoman Oľga Lukáčová told the TASR news agency.
