THE US and Russia will sign an agreement on mobile anti-aircraft ground to air missiles, advisor to the Russian presidential office, Sergey Prichodko, confirmed February 23, according to the Pravda daily.
US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Russian Defence Minister, Sergey Ivanov, will put their signatures to the agreement.
Part of the agreement says that both sides will inform each other about trade in anti-aircraft missiles.
