Bush leaves for US

US President George W Bush completed an overnight stay in Bratislava and left Slovakia several minutes after 19:00, the TASR news agency reported.

The US President had been in the Slovak capital for a summit meeting with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.

Air Force One, with the US President and his wife Laura on-board, took off from M R Štefánik airport and headed to Washington.

Bush has now completed his 5-day European visit that began on February 20 in Brussels.
