Spring is a time for reduced priced lift tickets and accommodation at most major Slovak Ski centers. Jasná, for example, reports excellent snow conditions with over 90 to 105 cms of snow. After March 29, the day ticket price at Jasná drops to Sk390. Lomnické Sedlo will reduce its rates from Sk750 to Sk350, and Skipark Ružomberok, from Sk650 to Sk350. So get out and enjoy some excellent skiing on the cheap. For smaller resorts, however, call before you travel because some village slopes will only be opened on weekends during the spring season.
