HZDS: One stays, one goes

A MOVEMENT for a Democratic Slovakia (HZDS) MP, Dušan Jarjabek, has left the party, the daily SME reported.

Jarjabek said he was going because of the party has become too right wing. Meanwhile, Miroslav Maxon, who had threatened to resign as an HZDS MP, decided to stay on following a two-hour meeting with party leaders.

Jarjabek turned down an invitation for a similar meeting, according to the daily.
