Kukan, Korean Ambassador Jong hold talks

SLOVAK Foreign Affairs Minister Eduard Kukan met the new South Korean Ambassador to Slovakia, Juhong Jong, at the opening of the Korean Embassy in Bratislava on May 2.

Kukan and Jong discussed Korean investments in Slovakia, including the new KIA/Hyundai plant near Žilina.

The two men declared South Korean–Slovak relations to be of high quality and developing quickly, Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesperson Juraj Tomaga told the TASR news agency.
