Shots heard near Schuster's house

SIX shots were heard in a small forest late at night near the Košice home of former Slovak President Rudolf Schuster on April 29.

"Our patrol as well as the state police patrol was sent to investigate. The shootings were witnessed by neighbours," Ján Pecka, the head of the National Office for the Protection of Constitutional Officials told TASR news agency.

Packa said that there was no information on who fired the shots or why.
