German furniture-maker to create 500 jobs in Nitra region

GERMAN producer of furniture, Himolla Group (HG), has launched construction of its new plant in Želiezovce (Nitra region), the TASR news agency reported.

The company should provide 60 jobs by the end of this year, and aims to create a further 140 jobs next year.

In addition, the company’s business plan calls for the building of more facilities in the future, increasing the number of jobs to 500. HG will produce and chiefly export leather suites of furniture.
