Koreatown to sprout near Žilina

A VILLAGE designed to provide accommodation for the Korean employees of KIA Motors will be built in Krasňany, a village a few kilometres from Žilina, said the city mayor, Ján Slota.

According to the TASR news agency, construction will start in mid June.

Hundreds of apartments will be built on 10 hectares of land, as well as social and cultural facilities and sporting grounds. The area will be off-limits until construction is completed.
