Humar should get SND building

A COMPANY called Humar expects to acquire the headquarters of the Slovak National Theatre (SND) with an offer of Sk212 million (€5.5 million), Culture Minister František Tóth announced on September 30.

The offer exceeded the price set in the official appraisal of the building (Sk115.1 million/€2.96 million) by almost Sk100 million (€2.57 million), and the purchase contract should be signed by the end of October, if Humar fulfils the conditions, the TASR news agency wrote.
