Hrušovský: Kuljaček will substitute Malchárek as MP

PAVOL Kuljaček will replace newly appointed Economy Minister Jirko Malchárek as an MP, Parliamentary Chairman Pavol Hrušovský decided on October 14, the TASR news agency reported.

Hrušovský said his decision resulted from the fact Kuljaček is the first substitute for Malchárek, because Marta Dachová and Michal Horváth gave up their right to the parliamentary mandate earlier this year - even if they took their statements back later.

Hrušovský also discussed the situation with Slovak Constitutional Court Chairman Ján Mazák.
