Reader feedback: Still valid

Re: No proper debate, Reader Feedback, October 31-November 6, 2005

After much debate, on March 26, 1957, the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany finally decided that despite the dubious pedigree of the concordat between Nazi Germany and the Vatican, the treaty was still valid. It is the only bilateral treaty from the Nazis that is still valid for Germany today and does still affect the scope of Germany's modern constitution.
