Amnesty protests against torture

ACTIVISTS from the Slovak arm of Amnesty International protested in Bratislava on December 10 against torture in US secret prisons and Guantanamo Bay prison, the SITA news agency wrote.

A demonstration took place in front of the US Embassy in Slovakia on Hviezdoslavovo Square, Bratislava, on the occasion of Human Rights Day.

The activists wore black bags on their heads and held letters forming the words "Stop Torture".
