Petržalka KZP is launching a new series of concerts called Bigbít za Zrkadlom, in which seasoned and new rock acts will play tunes good for listening, reminiscing and dancing.

Stará Škola or The Old School Band and its guest Marián Lucký will open the series in the Klub za Zrkadlom music club at Rovniankova 3 on March 7 at 20:00, Pavol #Šuška from KZP told The Slovak Spectator.

The Old School Band is made up of experienced musicians devoted to the golden 1960s and 1970s. It offers a show that will please fans of Cream, the Spencer Davis Group and Deep Purple. Its repertoire contains more than 50 pieces, from classical blues to top rock.

Contrary to other rock and blues bands, the Old School Band focuses on semi- or fully forgotten jewels by groups totally unknown today.
