Petrol prices unchanged in early May; diesel up by 31 hellers

Average petrol prices in Slovakia remained unchanged between May 2-9, while the price of diesel increased by 31 hellers (one euro cent), the Slovak Statistics Office announced on May 15.

The price of 95-octane petrol remained unchanged at Sk39.95 (€1.26), while those of 98- and 99-octane petrols rose by 1 heller to Sk43.97 (€1.39). Diesel was marked up by 31 hellers to Sk42.83 (€1.35) per litre, while the price of liquid petroleum gas (LPG) fell by 3 hellers to Sk22.07 (€0.70). TASR
