Chemko management won't comment on Trnka's statements

Chemicals company Chemko Strážske (Košice Region) won't comment on statements made by Prosecutor General Dobroslav Trnka last week, the TASR newswire was told on July 14 by assistant to the company board Beata Gajdošová.

Chemicals company Chemko Strážske (Košice Region) won't comment on statements made by Prosecutor General Dobroslav Trnka last week, the TASR newswire was told on July 14 by assistant to the company board Beata Gajdošová.

Trnka said that he had information that someone had been attempting to strip the company of its assets based on recent complaints filed with criminal courts. According to Trnka, the company has considerable assets, and could be the object of a power struggle.

The information has been made available only to the Prosecutor General's Office so far, while the police haven't received any complaints or been given any information on the case. TASR
