Slovakia had second highest unemployment rate in the EU in November

Both figures were up by 0.1 percentage point month-on-month since October. Unemployment in the 27-member EU was 6.9 percent a year ago, when Slovakia's joblessness rate was 10.5 percent. Spain posted the highest unemployment in the EU in November. SITA
