Slovakia’s Correctional and Judicial Corps will get a new director general in October said Justice Minister Lucia Žitňanská on Monday, September 6, at a meeting with directors of correctional institutions and top brass of the Correctional and Judicial Corps, the TASR newswire reported.
Žitňanská spoke about how the Correctional Corps was managed in the past and some urgent problems it will be facing in the coming period, as well as a development concept for Slovakia's correctional institutions and the need to stabilise the Correctional Corps. The name of the new head has not been made public so far.
