Slovakia’s cabinet to meet on an unusual day – Monday, September 13

The next session of Slovakia’s cabinet is not scheduled for Wednesday morning as is the custom, but for the afternoon of Monday, September 13, the Government Office informed the TASR newswire. The session has been rescheduled because Slovakia observes a bank holiday on Wednesday, September 15 (Our Lady of Seven Sorrows) and Prime Minister Iveta Radičová is also due to attend an extraordinary EU summit in Brussels the next day, said Radičová's spokesman Rado Baťo.
