Italian firm plans logistics centre

THE ITALIAN company Codognotto Slovensko, which operates in road transport and logistics, is planning to order the building of a logistics centre near Trnava with total construction costs of about €38 million. The new centre is expected to offer about 530 new jobs after it is completed, the SITA newswire wrote.

The new centre is expected to offer about 530 new jobs after it is completed, the SITA newswire wrote.

The investor plans to begin construction this year and complete the centre in two years. It will cover an area of 226,700 square metres with a total storage area of 64,600 square metres in 19 halls. The logistics park will also have 14,000 square metres of office space.
