Nineteen South Korean tourists were injured, two seriously, in a collision between a truck and the bus on which they were travelling from the High Tatra mountains to Budapest on Tuesday, October 5, the TASR newswire reported, citing Banská Bystrica police spokesperson Petra Vašková.

According to Vašková, the accident happened shortly before noon on Tuesday when the truck’s trailer struck the bus, which was travelling in the opposite direction. The bus subsequently left the road. The exact cause of the accident is now being investigated.
