Bratislava CONCERT:

VIENNESE child prodigy Stefan Stroissnig, who has been playing the piano publicly since he was 11, will appear at a concert on November 29, at 18:00, in the Mozart Hall of the Austrian Embassy in Bratislava, to perform Bénédiction de Dieu dans la solitude by Franz Liszt, Sonata No 2 Fis Minor by Johannes Brahms, and Gasteiner Sonata by Franz Schubert. GLASS EXHIBITION: Sklo / Glass is the simple name of this exhibition by famous Czech glassmaker-artist Jan Frydrych, who was a member of the jury of the second year of the Galéria NOVA Prize – SKLO 2009. After beginning his work as a glass-blower, Frydrych became a freelance artist in 1982 and has since received several prizes.
