Czech climber dies in Slovak mountains

A 39-year-old Czech mountaineer died on Sunday, March 13, when climbing in Horné Diery, a canyon in the Malá Fatra mountains (Žilina Region), the TASR newswire reported.

According to official information released by local rescuers, the man died after falling from an icefall.
