The Talents of Tomorrow 2011 conference, which takes place again in Bratislava from 6 to 7 May 2011, is one of the biggest national conferences organized by students from the world’s largest student-led non-profit organization, AIESEC.

The major goal of this significant conference is to provide an opportunity for talented university students of economics, management and marketing, as well as recent graduates, to gain knowledge about the current situation on the Slovak labour market. Moreover, the conference is aimed at helping the delegates reach their future career goals thanks to better orientation among several leading companies, and by consulting on their future prospects with experienced practitioners.

The conference is unique, as delegates will have a chance to meet representatives of several significant companies, such as ZSE, Accenture, Procter & Gamble, Tesco, Kraft and many others, and hear highly motivated speakers from the firms who will provide them with intensive theoretical presentations. Apart from this, delegates will get the opportunity to participate in solving numerous interesting case studies, and model situations that will subsequently lead to application of their skills, abilities and knowledge in practice. In fact, they will be divided into several small, effective working groups, and perform under the spot-light of the experts.
