Penta acquires Czech AB Facility

THE CENTRAL European investment group Penta Investments acquired the Czech company AB Facility, ne of the three most important suppliers and integrators of facility management on the Czech market, the investment group reported in a press release in mid December. It marked the investment group’s entry into the facility management market.

“AB Facility represents a suitable platform for entering the market and building a strategic subject in the future,” explained Penta’s investment director, Zdeněk Kubát. “We plan to develop both the company and its portfolio of services. Penta’s goal is to internally consolidate the existing holding, add new acquisitions and finally to consolidate the facility management market in central Europe.”
