The Slovak Armed Forces' Woken Lion 2011 military exercise was completed in the Military District Lešť training area on Thursday, June 9, the SITA newswire wrote.

One of the main tasks of what was the first and largest military exercise of 2011, and which included live-fire operations, was to examine the state of preparedness of the declared units of NATO Response Force (NRF) 2012 by use of Combat Readiness Evaluation (CREVAL).
