THE WORLD-renowned international ensemble Cirque du Soleil is coming to Slovakia for the first time ever. The troupe will give seven performances of their Saltimbanco show at Bratislava’s Ondrej Nepela ice hockey arena, at Odbojárov 9, between February 15 and 19. FESTIVAL:
THE 25TH year of the Gajdošské fašiangy / Bagpipers’ Carnival festival in the municipality of Malá Lehota (Žarnovica district) will again gather bagpipes, pipers and pipe bands from several countries. The main programme starts on Friday, February 17, at 18:00 in the Malá Lehota House of Culture. The event promises a weekend full of bagpipe music not to mention several accompanying events.
