Piešťany Spa has prepared special seasonal offers and services for its visitors this summer. The unique Sun Package combines rehabilitation with procedures using its healing waters as well as a mud wrap. This is an exceptional combination and an opportunity to enjoy the best that Piešťany Spa has to offer.

Over the course of four days, clients can try everything that has made Piešťany Spa for over two hundred years so attractive to local and foreign visitors longing for healthy relaxation and rest. The package includes six treatments; in addition to a traditional massage, hydrotherapy, a stay in a salt cave and Nordic walking, it also includes a “Mirror” thermal mineral bath and partial mud wrap. Clients can spend 10 to 20 minutes in the "Mirror" following the doctor’s recommendation. The bath has a relaxing and calming effect, reducing blood pressure and heart rate.

The sulphur and healing bacteria present in Piešťany’s mud relieve swelling around the joints, reduce muscle tension and improve the nutrition of cartilage, connective tissue and discs. A partial mud wrap also works preventively; it strengthens the anti-inflammatory activity and immune processes in the body.

For this year's summer season Piešťany spa has also prepared a special package which, besides half board and popular treatments, includes a picnic basket for guests to use during their stay to enjoy true comfort in the beautiful spa island park.
In addition to this special offer other favourable spa stays are available; for example one free night at Pro Patria, or in the grand Thermia Palace, which is celebrating its one hundredth anniversary this year.

Six spa hotel complexes are situated on the spa island and two spa hotel complexes are situated directly in the city centre. For more demanding guests, there are five-star and four-star complexes: the Danubius Spa Resort Thermia Palace, the Balnea Esplanade and the Balnea Palace. There are also three-star complexes: the Balnea Grand, Balnea Splendid and Villa Berlin, in addition to two extremely affordable two-star hotel complexes, Jalta & Dependence and Pro Patria. Three health spa centres, Irma, Balnea centrum (Balnea Centre) and Naopleonske kúpele (Napolean Spa), offering medical as well as preventive and relaxation treatment procedures, can be used by any of the hotel complexes.

If your idea of summer vacation is not associated with gruelling transport to distant exotic countries, daily travel or adrenaline sports and you prefer to relax and take care of your body and health, visit Spa Piešťany.

Guest comfort is the top priority at Piešťany Spa and is available to everyone. You just have to decide what you need and choose from a wide range of preventive and relaxation treatments. The thermal healing sulphurous mud and mineral water are known for their beneficial effects throughout the world. Doctors will draw up an individual programme for each guest wanting to combine relaxation with strengthening their immune system, improving a post-traumatic condition, prevention or traditional wellness.

The spa island is an oasis of health and tranquillity. It also offers many opportunities for sports activities. There is a 9-hole golf course, courts for tennis fans and the outdoor thermal swimming pool “Eva” with beach volley courts. Leisure opportunities are also enhanced by the congress centre’s rich cultural programme throughout the year. The beautiful spa park is ideal for relaxing walks. Numerous cafes and restaurants which contribute to the unique appearance of the spa complex offer popular local and international specialities. Good health and relaxation for everyone is the main aim of the Piešťany Spa.
