Ingredients: 1kg of potatoes, 1 small grated onion, 200ml of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50ml of chopped chives, 1 pinch of salt and pepper, sliced tomatoes.
Preparation: Peel the potatoes and cut them into larger pieces. Cook them in lightly salted water then rinse under cold water and allow to cool. Mix a dressing of grated onion, sour cream, mayonnaise, curry, sugar and three-quarters of the chives. Season with salt and pepper. Gently turn the dressing over the cooled potatoes. Pour the potato salad into a serving bowl, and garnish with the sliced tomatoes and the remaining chives.
