Ingredients (for 24 pieces): 500g of young Gouda cheese, 2 slices of pumpernickel bread.
Preparation: Cut the cheese into large cubes (approximate thickness 2cm). Create the dice by poking holes, numbering one to six, in each side, then fill the holes using small pieces of the pumpernickel bread.
