Canadian recipes: Pork tenderloin with maple syrup and mustard

Ingredients: 1 onion, peeled and sliced; 2 apples, peeled and sliced; salt and pepper to taste; 2 pork tenderloins of a good size; 75ml of melted butter, not liquid but creamy; 125ml of maple syrup; 125ml of beef broth; 100ml of hot mustard and sliced mushroom.

Preparation: On a baking sheet, grill the mushrooms at 220°C for 8-10 minutes with salt and pepper. Remove from the oven and lower the oven temperature to 180°C. Meanwhile, mix together all the other ingredients in a large bowl. Place the pork in a deep oven pan and pour the broth of mustard and maple syrup to cover the meat. The leftover mix will settle at the bottom of the pan. Then add salt and pepper to the meat and broth and place the sliced apples in the broth at the bottom of the pan. Cook the pork at 180°C for 45 minutes, then pour in the grilled mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
