Brazilian recipes: Cheese tartlets

Ingredients for the dough: two cups of flour; 100g of butter (or margarine); one egg yolk; one teaspoon of salt; one teaspoon of baking powder.

Ingredients for the dough: two cups of flour; 100g of butter (or margarine); one egg yolk; one teaspoon of salt; one teaspoon of baking powder.

Ingredients for the filling: three eggs; 200ml of milk; 100g of grated cheese (hard cheese, like parmesan); one teaspoon of baking powder.

Preparation: For the dough: mix all the ingredients until the mixture looks crumbly and press the dough into a mini muffin pan.

For the filling: beat the eggs and add milk, cheese, salt and baking powder. Fill the molds of the mini muffin pan and place into a pre-heated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
