Ingredients: one can of condensed milk; one can of cream milk; the same amount of concentrated passion fruit juice; pulp of 1 passion fruit for decoration.
Preparation: place the condensed milk, the cream milk and the same measure of concentrated juice in a blender and blend for a few minutes. To enhance the presentation, place waffles on the plate before plating the mousse. Sprinkle passion fruit seeds over the mousse.
