What aid tools of the EURES Slovakia network are offered to clients

The EURES network uses the most modern communication and internet tools in providing services to clients. The philosophy of aid tools is based on the clients’ needs and is focused on current and practically usable information in the sphere of simplifying the labour mobility in all EU/EEA countries. The http://www.eures.sk website is a specific tool in the information-advisory and mediatory activity which is adapted to the needs and requirements of citizens of the Slovak Republic. On this website, we offer variety of useful and practical information. Information on the site is provided in four languages (Slovak, English, German and French). The website is divided into four main sections.
These sections are oriented to various target spheres of services of the EURES network. The first is dedicated to all applicants interested in finding employment through the EURES network, where you can find a list of all job offers posted by EURES advisers in real time. Vacancies marked with the EURES logo were entered by a direct employer from an EU country. Job offers without the EURES logo belong to a foreign recruitment agency. In the lower part of the section, web links to partners of the EURES network are provided, where vacancies can be found through national vacancy portals. In case our clients do not find an appropriate vacancy in our national database, they can connect to the European EURES portal, which contains all vacancies at the level of EU/EEA member states. The second section is focused on cooperation with employers. It serves as detailed information source for establishing collaboration with employers who are interested in cooperation with the EURES network and want to employ clients mainly from the Slovak Republic. The third section, which is focused on living and working conditions in the EU/EEA countries, is particularly practical and useful. Through an integrated interactive map of the EU/EEA is possible to gain general information on all matters concerning the work contract, study or enterprise in the respective EU/EEA country. The last section is dedicated to cross-border partnerships and initiatives providing the cross-border mobility in the border regions of Slovakia. On the home page the informative section with “short news” can be found, which contains updated information.

The upper information bar of the website contains sub-sections oriented to general information about the EURES network, contacts, useful links of each EU/EEA countries, the photo-gallery, the site-map and the keyword search box. There is also the new clients’ forum of the EURES network, where clients can share their experience and join discussion topics.
