Year-on-year inflation in March reached 1.9 percent, with core inflation at 1.9 percent, and net inflation at 1.4 percent, the Slovak the Statistics Office (ŠÚ) announced on Monday, April 15.
Core inflation influenced overall inflation by 0.05 percent, regulated prices by 0.01 percent, while indirect taxes did not influence overall inflation, the TASR newswire quoted the ŠÚ. Food prices had a negative influence of 0.04 percent on core inflation, while net inflation influenced core inflation by 0.09 percent.
