Greek cuisine: Trahanas (video included)

Ingredients and preparation: Six cups of boiling water with a little salt and some olive oil (half a cup). When it starts boiling, add 1 cup of trahana, which is special homemade Greek pasta made from goat’s milk and flour. Cook and stir for 12 minutes. When the pasta is ready, serve it with feta cheese and some grilled bacon.
