Ingredients: 1 big or 2 small eggs, half litre of fresh milk, 2dl of wheat flour, half tsp of salt, half dl of oil or melted butter.
Preparation: Whisk the eggs gently in large bowl and add all the other ingredients, whisking until you have an even, fluid dough. Let dough rest for half an hour. Heat oven at 225°C. Line the oven pan with baking paper and pour the dough into the oven pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the pancake gets some colour and big bubbles start to form. Serve as a sweet dessert or snack with fresh berries, jam or whipped cream.
