Korean recipes: Bulgogi (barbecued beef)

Ingredients and preparation.

Ingredients (serves 4): 500g of beef, 1/2 onion, 30g of green onions, barbecue seasoning (4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp sesame mixed with salt, small amount of pepper).

Preparation: Mix the ingredients to make the barbecue seasoning. Slice beef into thin pieces. Shred the onion thinly and slice green onions. Mix the beef with the barbecue seasoning, onions and green onions. Barbecue the seasoned beef in a pan.
