SLOVAKIA will be presented through a 30-second advertisement on the Eurosport sports TV network. The two-month promotion campaign initiated by the Slovak Tourist Board (SACR) started on September 12, the TASR newswire reported.

The advertisement will appear on the channel 180 times during the commercial breaks of tennis, football and cycling matches, said SACR spokesperson Martin Šebesta. He added that Slovakia will be presented as a year-round tourist destination.

“The aim of the campaign is to present it [Slovakia] to the broader public in 54 countries with a reach of 60 million viewers,” Šebesta said, as quoted by TASR.

The advertisement is in English, while French subtitles will be added in France, TASR wrote.
