Portuguese recipes: Favas de coentrada (baby beans with chorizo and coriander) (video included)

Ingredients and preparation.

Ingredients: 2kg of baby beans, salt, 1.5 dl of olive oil, 2 mashed garlic cloves, chorizo, fresh coriander

Preparation: Boil the baby beans in salted water then remove the water and dry. Slice the chorizo into small cubes and put into a pan with olive oil. Let it fry until golden. Add the mashed garlic and the beans. Stir for 3 minutes. Add the very finely chopped coriander.
Transfer to a deep serving plate.
