Kukučová is accused of shooting Bush dead with two shots from a pistol. She’s currently in custody. Shortly, a hearing of Trenčín court is to determine whether or not she will be extradited to Spain for criminal prosecution; which she tries to avoid, citing Bush’s influence in both Spain and the UK as the reason of her apprehension. Kukučová is alleged by Slovak media to have told the court she learned about Bush’s death only after she had left Spain.
