Ingredients: 1.5kg lamb shoulder, 125g butter, 2 big onions, 5-6 cloves garlic, parsley, sweet paprika, black pepper, basil, spearmint.
Preparation: Wash the lamb shoulder in cold water and dry. Season with salt and pepper, then add finely chopped onions and garlic and smear with butter. Put meat into baking bag. Add 1-2 glasses of water, close the bag and pierce with a needle a few times. Cook the meat in the oven (heated at 180°C) for 1.5 hours. Season with chopped parsley.
