Ingredients: 6 eggs, 200ml milk, 100-150g butter, 250-300g sugar, 1kg flour, 1 cube of yeast, raisins.
Preparation: Mix the yeast with a pinch of salt, 1 egg and 1 tbsp of sugar; add a bit of flour and milk. Let it rise. Mix flour with the grated skin and juice from 1 lemon. Mix the milk with sugar until the sugar melts. Whisk the eggs separately. Add milk with sugar into sieved flour and mix, then add eggs and the yeast. Knead property and add the melted butter. Let it rise. Knead again and put into prepared form. Let it rise again, then bake it.
