More than 80 ski resorts are running

MORE THAN 80 ski resorts are currently open and operating across Slovakia. The depth of snow on ski slopes where artificial snow is also used is at 30 to 50 centimetres in average. The skiing conditions in the localities are good to very good, the SITA newswire reported.

Regarding the Orava and Kysuce regions, very good skiing conditions are in the ski resorts in Oravský Podzámok, Hruštín, Nižná nad Oravou and Oščadnica, Lazy pod Makytou; as well as in eastern-Slovak resorts in Mlynky, Drienica, Levočská Dolina, Vernár, Slovenská Ves, Čičmany, Telgárt and Svit.
