"If the Slovak Intelligence Service says that the article is a pack of lies and half-truths, there must be something in it. A half-truth is not a lie."

Viliam Soboňa, head of the parliamentary committee for overseeing the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) activities and member of the opposition Movement for a Democratic Slovakia, commenting on responses by the SIS to an article in British journal Jane's Intelligence Digest that criticised the service.
