FESTIVAL OF ROSES: Festival of Music and Roses 2015 – The annual festival strives to bring back the former fame of roses cultivated and grown by the Countess Mária Henrieta Choteková, founder of the rosary in Dolná Krupá, in the garden adjacent to the local mansion – now a property of the Slovak National Museum (SNM), the Musical branch. Part of the festival is also a presentation of historical cultivars of roses and a concert of music by Roman Galvánek (performed by the students of hobby music school ZUŠ J.
