The Detstvobeznasilia.gov.sk (a childhood without violence) web page is oriented towards the lay as well as professional public and is for children, youths and adults. The website will be continuously updated. It was co-developed with the National Coordination Centre for Violence against Children Issues Resolution, the TASR newswire reported.

The aim of the National Strategy on Protecting Children from Violence is to increase public awareness about violence. The strategy was approved by the government in January 2014.
