SWING: Silvester with the Bratislava Hot Serenaders – A swing and jazz atmosphere will be created by an orchestra named the Bratislava Hot Serenaders during the Silvester evening. The ensemble is led by Juraj Bartoš, who specialises in authentic hot-jazz music from the twenties and thirties of the last century. The program for the evening also includes the Gramophon Brothers. BALLET: Carmen à la Gypsy Devils - A famous love story which is not short on romantic intertwining and passionate emotion, a story of jealousy that inevitably leads to a tragic death. MEDITATION: The three masterclasses – Masterclasses in meditation is a free online event conducted by Kamlesh D Patel, the teacher of Heartfulness. OUTDOOR: Polar bears – The Winter swimming competition in the Danube organised by the Civic Association Ľadové Medvede, Bratislava/ Polar Bears, Bratislava is being held for the 19th time. Disciplines consist of 100 and 100 metres by the flow of the Danube and once through the flow from the Petržalka side of the river. EXHIBITION: Christmas decorations by various artists – An exhibition curated by Patrik Illo named Pod jedličkou/ Under the Christmas Fir presents 43 artists, who have created christmas decorations. TRAINING: Zumba in English Every Tuesday – Not a dance lesson, but rather a party which the organisers call the Zumba dance. Highlights of the year

BALLET: Swan Lake - the ballet choreographed by the world-famous St. Petersburg Festival Ballet will visit three European cities including Bratislava, where they will come for the first time.
