CONCERT: Tosca & Jimmy Pé – An electronic music project – The duo Tosca, which was created by two friends from Vienna - Richard Dorfmeister and Rupert Huber, will present their latest album called "Going Going Going". COURSE: Argentine Tango for beginners - Lovers of tango or just people who would like to try this kind of dance can join a workshop with dance shows, a minicourse on its elements and discussion with dancers. It is preferable to come in pairs but it is not obligatory. Dance shoes and loose clothing are recommended and registration is not needed. CONCERT: Dire Straits Experience – This year is the 40th anniversary of the time that famous song Sultans of Swing created by Dire Straits was broadcasted worldwide on radio. The group as part of their world tour will come to Bratislava. The group‘s current members are saxophonist Chris, singer and guitarist Trence Reis, drummer Chris Witten, guitarist Tim Walters, bassist Paul Geary, pianists Simon Carter and Danny Schogger. BALLET: Swan Lake – The ballet in three acts and four scenes composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and choreographed by Marius Petipa, Lev I. Ivanov belongs to the favourite pieces of the ballet repertoire of all permanent stone theatres. Performers are: Romina Kołodziej, Artemyj Pyzhov, Yuki Kaminaka, Raphael Schuster and others. INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL: Adventure films from the mountains – The 18th year of the Festival named Hory a mesto/ Mountains and City will present climbers, who achieved or even beat the world records, a competitive film review, which will include 12 Slovak movies, well-known Slovak directors and various presentations. MULTIGENRE FESTIVAL: AnimeShow & Game Expo 2017 – This is the tenth year of the AnimeShow 2017, festival, which is aimed at Anime, manga, Japanese culture, Sci Fi, Fantasy and Kpop. Workshops, lectures, movie screenings and competitions are included too. Simultaneously with this action, the ninth year of the international exhibition, which is dedicated to various kinds of games - Game Expo 2017, will also be held. WORKSHOP: Meditation – Visitors to this workshop will be able to try and practice sitting or walking meditation, which helps concentration, relaxation and observation. MEETING: Bedtime Stories for Adults – This all-genre arts event produced by Story Nights for grown ups includes meetings with the stories, which are told in many different forms and styles. In every event there are presented storytellers, entertainers, actors and others who come from various countries and backgrounds. Starts: Mar 26, 18:30; Panorama City. Admission: €6. COURSE: Drawing course (in English) – Portrait drawing is suitable for everyone from beginners to intermediates and includes three four-hour sessions on the basics of realistic portrait drawing. No previous experience is required. Desk easels, all drawing materials and refreshements are provided. The course is delivered by an Australian sculptor Robert Stollar. GUIDED TOUR: Works by Milan Adamčiak – This is another event prepared by the Slovak National Gallery, called Sunday Rest, which is held in English. This time, a lecturer will take visitors through the exhibition of Slovak artist Milan Adamčiak, which is characterised by crossing borders among visual arts, science, music and poetry. Highlights of the year

SHOW: Cirque du Soleil – The well-known international artistic group, Cirque du Soleil, comes again to Slovakia and for the first time they present their seven performances of the story named Varekai. It begins with a scene about a lonely man who flies down from the sky to wander around the border of reality and absurdity in a world, where miracles happen.
