The Sky Park project designed by the prominent Zaha Hadid Architect’s studio has launched the sales of its last, most expensive, apartments. The collection of apartments under the title Penthouses & Panoramatic Collection Apartments are located on the top floors of the three residential towers. Apart from quality housing they are simultaneously an excellent investment, claims the developer Penta Real Estate.

“There are only a few projects by Zaha Hadid in the world offering penthouses and these all belong to the best of what the real estate market offers in the given country,” said Jozef Šimek, head of sales and marketing at Penta Real Estate, as cited in the press release.

The most expensive apartment is located on the 29th (the highest) floor of the first residential tower. It covers an area of more than 260 square metres and includes an additional 35 square metres within two loggias and a terrace. It is oriented on three cardinal points and thus offers a panoramic view of Bratislava. The options to install a hot tub on the terrace or a sauna directly in the bedroom are available. Apart from the main entrance there is also another entrance enabling the creation of a small flat inside the penthouse, either for guests or staff. It costs €1.7 million.

While the developer places it as the most expensive apartment on the Slovak real estate market, the trend.reality website points out that a nearby, already completed, project, Panorama City by J&T Real Estate, offers an apartment that is more expensive by €78,000.

There are two penthouses in each Sky Park tower, making six penthouses in total.

Apartments from the Panoramatic Collection are located on the 27th and 28th floors. On each floor there are six such apartments, thus there are 36 such apartments in total.

The developer reports a high interest in upper standard apartments and registered clients have booked more than half of them.

“Penthouses in projects by Zaha Hadid are being sold abroad for prices starting at several millions of euros,” said Šimek. “For example, the most expensive apartment in the Zaha Hadid project 520 West 28th in New York cost almost $50 million.

The three residential towers of the Sky Park project are already under construction and they should be completed in 2020.
